We are modern thinking pizza lovers – we understand the need to learn from the heritage of what proper Italian pizza should be, creating a base recipe with master pizzaiolos. But we do not take ourselves too seriously and add a variety of topping combinations – simply because they taste amazing.
Our pizzas are made with durum wheat semolina, natural yeast and extra virgin olive oil, then topped and baked freshly to order.
